Mochi is a tiny bundle of sweetness with a soft heart and a gentle spirit. At first, she may hang back and take her time getting to know new people and surroundings—but once she feels safe, her playful and loving personality begins to shine. She absolutely enjoys the company of other dogs and often looks to them for comfort and confidence, so a home with a friendly canine companion would be a big plus for her. When she’s feeling relaxed, Mochi loves to play, explore, and show off her adorable, bouncy energy. Because of her shy nature, Mochi would do best with a patient and understanding family who can give her the time and space she needs to come out of her shell. In return, she’ll reward you with a loads of cuddles and the sweetest little moments that make earning her trust so special. If you’re looking for a gentle, playful pup to grow with and love, Mochi might just be your perfect match. Mochi is a 2-month-old mixed breed who was rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $900 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, and spay. Mochi is also tested with other dogs, cats, and children. She is working on potty and kennel training in foster care. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if she might be a good fit for your home. The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals. We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!) Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed. Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).
