Meet Flan! 🍮🐾 Flan is a small, 8 year old male Terrier mix with a tender heart and a shy start. He can be very timid and fearful at first and may hide or bark when unsure, so he’ll need a patient, understanding home willing to give him time and space to feel safe. Once he builds trust, he blossoms into a sweet, charming little guy who asks for affection, pops up on his back legs like a tiny meerkat, and makes funny little tongue moves when he wants food or cuddles. Flan does best with soft or wet food since he’s missing some teeth, and he loves gentle care and routine. He gets along well with other dogs and even cats, and forms deep bonds with his people—earning him the nickname “Amigo.” With patience and love, Flan becomes a truly special friend. 🐶💛
