Their stunning tricolor and red/chestnut coats add to their charm, and they have been spayed/neutered with vaccinations up to date for a healthy start in their new home. Both are house trained and reside with Suncoast Basset Rescue Inc., looking for a family ready to embrace double the basset spirit. Dolly is still perfecting her potty training, so patience and consistency will help her finish learning routines.
About Hank And Dolly
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Hank and Dolly are a delightful bonded pair of 2.5-year-old basset hounds who bring double the love, laughter, and personality. Deeply connected, they thrive on playing together, cuddling with their humans, and keeping their foster family endlessly entertained with their goofy antics. These two gentle souls must be adopted as a pair because they truly flourish side by side. Dolly shines with a sweet, calm nature and is the quieter of the duo, happiest when curled up for a snuggle or play time with Hank. She adores her toys, is always on board for treats, and has a clever hiding spot behind the couch for her treasures. Though still mastering her potty training, Dolly is progressing wonderfully with a consistent routine and a little patience. Hank embodies the classic basset hound personality—food-oriented, clever, and full of warmth. He takes his meals seriously and may try to help Dolly with hers, so they’re best fed separately. When not brainstorming his next treat heist, Hank loves to nap, chase Dolly in the yard, and dream up mischief. Together, their antics and affection will fill your home with laughter. They need a securely fenced yard for lively games of chase and would do best in a home without very small children or anyone unsteady on their feet, as they can be a bit rambunctious when playing. If you’re searching for a fun-loving, affectionate basset pair ready to be your constant companions, Hank and Dolly are ready to make every day brighter. Ready to fall in love?
