Meet Bert- Five Star Rated Purring Machine ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bert is a happy 5-month-old panther who enjoys bird watching, catnip, and above all else playtime! He loves zooming around with his wand toy and hopes his forever people have an endless supply of toys for him to conquer. With a quick flash of the void, Bert has already run past you and is tackling his next toy adventue! Like his brother Ernie, Bert shares a significant interest in his Churu snacks. He is looking for a home with another friendly feline to help him settle in and continue to build confidence. He thinks it would be the cat's meow to go home with Ernie, but will do fine in just about any home who has a little extra patience and a kitty friend to hang with. Once we settles in, there is no stopping this purr machine. He has already one multiple awards for it, and can't wait to let you hear it! About Ten Lives: Ten Lives Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Rhode Island. Our foster-based program is 100% volunteer-powered. We do not have a facility or shelter with regular visiting hours. Out of respect for the time, privacy, and safety of our foster families, we require an approved adoption application before scheduling a meet and greet with a foster cat. Our goal is to place cats in their best-matched homes and facilitate lifelong adoptions. We do not review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe that veterinary care is an important part of cat guardianship. As such, a veterinary check is part of our adoption process. Our goal is to contact applicants within 96 business hours of receiving their application. During kitten season, wait times may be longer due to the influx of applications. We are all volunteers and kindly ask for your patience! All Ten Lives cats are spayed or neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLv and parasites, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. These services are inclusive of the adoption fee.
