When her human is home, she is almost always in a lap or trying to get scratches. in the meantime, she spends most of her time napping in her tower or window perch when she's waiting for her person to get back. Sploot is a total love bug mixed with your expected adorable tortitude. She is a little lady who knows what she wants, and likes to do things her way. Whether its enough ( or not enough) pets, she will let you know. She is very food motivated and will open her own churu if you're not careful! She would do best as your own pet, soaking in all the love and attention she's missed out on in her past lives. About Ten Lives: Ten Lives Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Rhode Island. Our foster-based program is 100% volunteer-powered. We do not have a facility or shelter with regular visiting hours. Out of respect for the time, privacy, and safety of our foster families, we require an approved adoption application before scheduling a meet and greet with a foster cat. Our goal is to place cats in their best-matched homes and facilitate lifelong adoptions. We do not review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe that veterinary care is an important part of cat guardianship. As such, a veterinary check is part of our adoption process. Our goal is to contact applicants within 96 business hours of receiving their application. During kitten season, wait times may be longer due to the influx of applications. We are all volunteers and kindly ask for your patience! All Ten Lives cats are spayed or neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLv and parasites, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. These services are inclusive of the adoption fee.
