About Yoda
🌟 Meet Yoda- best cat, that he is🌟 2-year old Yoda once preferred the shadows, but now is getting into a whole new routine, embracing the life of a lap cat! Once he sees his spot, there is no stopping him from enjoying head scratches, back rubs, and gentle scritches. Yoda adores the company of feline friends and thinks it would be the cats meow to room with another cat to keep him company. He loves toys, treats, and napping in cozy beds. While he has been enjoying his new routine of laps, when he first moves in he will be slow to warm up and will need an adopter who understands that he is very affectionate and loves to cuddle but only once he trusts he is safe. His human mom passed away and he has had a tough time adjusting to a new life. A quiet home where he can turn to his new chapter in life is all this sweet boy dreams of. Adopt Yoda, regret you will not 💚 Applications are below for your new best friend today. ___________________________ Please complete an adoption application if you are interested in adopting from Ten Lives! Apply here: https://tenlivescatrescue.org/adoptionapp/ Please Note: If the cat or kitten is no longer listed in the drop-down menu of the application then they are no longer available for adoption and we are not accepting applications. Due to limited volunteer power, applications submitted for cats or kittens no longer available will not be reviewed. About Ten Lives: Ten Lives Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Rhode Island. Our foster-based program is 100% volunteer-powered. We do not have a facility or shelter with regular visiting hours. Out of respect for the time, privacy, and safety of our foster families, we require an approved adoption application before scheduling a meet and greet with a foster cat. Our goal is to place cats in their best-matched homes and facilitate lifelong adoptions. We do not review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe that veterinary care is an important part of cat guardianship. As such, a veterinary check is part of our adoption process. Our goal is to contact applicants within 96 business hours of receiving their application. During kitten season, wait times may be longer due to the influx of applications. We are all volunteers and kindly ask for your patience! All Ten Lives cats are spayed or neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLv and parasites, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. These services are inclusive of the adoption fee.
