About Indigo
If you know French Bulldogs, then one look at this girl and you know who wears the crown! She's got looks that can kill and a Frenchie strut that matches her unparalleled personality! Not a Frenchie fan? Indy is just fine with that because she has 100% confidence she'll change your mind! ;-) Indigo came to us as a breeder release. This girl had her mind made up that living life in a kennel and having puppies wasn't the life for her. She came ready for the life of luxury: soft beds, favorite treats all day and humans who spoil her rotten. And she'll accept nothing less! Indigo is an endless snuggler with an "on" switch. She loves to play fetch, chase squirrels and wrestle with her canine buddies. Turn on her favorite shows, though and it's lights out, blankets and perhaps some snoring towards the end. Her foster mom has informed us she never misses an episode of Yellowstone. Indigo is fantastic in a crate, a perfect angel she'd say! You just might have to manage how many things she shares her crate with because this girl has a bit of a toy hoarding habit. Really, can you blame her? From no toys to all the toys...we'd keep a close eye on all of them too, even if that meant we could barely fit in there with them. Indy has been in a foster home with multiple other dogs. She has gotten along with all of them. However, she can be a bit of a bully with dogs smaller than her. Her besties were the big and medium sized dogs and she LOVES to wrestle and do zoomies with them! She is currently in a foster home with many cats and does wonderfully! She's even let a kitty or two steal her bed from time to time. Indy is a lover of all humans and melts in front of you. Pull out some treats and not only have you made a lifelong friend, you may have to watch your fingers. This girl is working on "gentle" when it comes to her favorite snacks. Indy has been on a medical hold due to a mass on her rear left leg. The mass has since been removed and histopathology determined it a benign cyst. Even though she just turned 3 years old April 10th, we weren't taking any chances. She's still a Frenchie after all and they love to spend your money! :-) Indy will have her sutures removed this week but she's all healed up and ready to find her people! Indigo's adoption fee includes her spay, microchip, mass removal, heartworm/tick borne illness testing, vaccines, dewormings and flea/tick/heartworm prevention. It also includes a 23lb curvy little lady who will bring so much joy and sass to her forever family! If you're interested in meeting our girl, fill out an application or reach out to us with any questions!
