About Ray in NJ
Ray is a big, floofy ray of sunshine looking for his forever home. He has solid manners, picks up on basic cues, and is eager to please—especially if treats are involved. Ask Ray to sit and he drops down, head tilted, waiting for his reward. He brings a real joy and playfulness to every room and will play enthusiastically with other dogs, even the smaller ones, adjusting his energy to match them. Ray also keeps himself busy with toys—and once you see him in action, it’s hard not to join in. He’s good on leash, handles car rides with ease, and takes brushing in stride (his medium-length coat is easy to maintain). Ray appreciates air conditioning but loves being outside as well—a home with a secure, 5’ privacy fence is important since he’s known to climb chain-link. He doesn’t dig, is confident, and doesn’t seem to have any serious fears or dislikes. Ray would thrive in an active home with teens or adults (not small kids), where he can continue learning and burning off energy. He’s social, smart, and ready to be a great adventure companion. Ray is in Beacon, NY. Click apply to start the adoption process.
