Shelby had a rough past. She came to us emaciated, nursing 5 puppies and giving them everything she had to give. But that life is behind her now! Full bio coming soon… but Shelby is guessed to be around 6 years old and prefers the slow life. She is a lower energy girl, who loves a good chew bone and a soft bed. She enjoys her walks but doesn’t need to go for long walks/runs for entertainment. She’s more of a once a day walker. She’s not a barker, non destructive, and can be trusted in the home. She has proven to be house trained and while she will protest being in the crate (barking), she will eventually settle and wait for your return. Shelby is fantastic with kids! Gentle with toddlers, does not jump on people, and seems completely unphased by the hustle and noise that kids bring to an environment. She thinks kitties are too fun to chase, so no kitties in the home. She is good with her pack of dogs but isn’t a social butterfly with other dogs.
