Join us at Merriam Petsmart and meet your perfect match. We’ll have DOGS, PUPPIES & KITTIES ready to steal your heart! SATURDAY, APRIL 11 from 12-3PM: DOG ADOPTION EVENT at the OLATHE PETSMART at 119th & Strang Line with volunteers from Heart of America Humane Society. We'll have several wonderful dogs there looking for homes! -------- MILLER is a fun and friendly Lab mix! He's everything that we love about Labs-- playful, good natured, goofy, good with dogs, and he loves to fetch! He loves squeaky toys. Miller is 3 years old and he weighs 64 lbs. Miller previously lived in a home with a dog and cats. Sadly, his person had to go to a nursing home, so Miller is looking for a new home and family to love. He will be a wonderful addition and lots of fun for his new family! ADOPTING A DOG Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older). If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match. We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
