About Birdie

Birdie is a 9-week-old bundle of joy with a heart as big as her bright blue eyes. At just 12 pounds now, this adorable Border Collie mix is expected to grow into a medium-sized dog and she's already showing off a perfectly balanced personality, curious, playful, and incredibly sweet. Birdie is off to an amazing start with her training. She's doing a great job learning potty habits, even using a designated spot in the backyard and a potty pad overnight. She's also comfortable in a crate, often choosing to nap there with her littermates. For such a young puppy who was rescued just over a week ago, her progress has been truly impressive! She loves squeaky toys, chasing balls, exploring the outdoors, and most of all, snuggling up after playtime. Birdie loves playing with other dogs and is super sweet with kids, getting really excited to make new friends. She doesn't have any experience with cats, so a proper introduction is recommended. As a smart, active working-breed mix, Birdie will thrive in a home that can give her plenty of exercise, enrichment, and love. A fenced yard is a bonus, as she enjoys having space to run and explore, but with proper activity, she can adapt to different environments. In just a few words: Birdie is pure puppy perfection, friendly, affectionate, and full of life. She's ready to bring endless joy, laughter, and cuddles to her forever home.
