Jack is as sweet as they come. At 5 years old and 20 pounds, he is a compact best buddy that is ready to walk, nap, and fill your days with love. He loves people (though he loves women just a skosh more) and is very chill around other dogs. Due to his easy-going nature he would probably do well with cats and children as well. He will make the perfect addition to some lucky person's family. We do NOT respond to PetFinder inquires; we ONLY respond to EMAILS sent to adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org regarding adoption inquires. We never know how quickly a pet will be adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in a pet but want to see them during our shelter open hours prior to filling out an application, we strongly recommend that you email us at adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org before visiting the shelter to ensure they are still there. Open hours are Wednesdays 1:30-6pm, and Saturdays and Sundays 10am-2pm for you to come view our adoptable pets. You can apply for animal at the shelter during our open hours or online by emailing adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org and asking for an application. Adoption fees allow our non-profit to continue to help pets in need. Meet and greets with animals are scheduled after applications have been processed and we’ve determined you are the best fit. We do not operate on a first come, first served basis.
