Bella is a 1yr old lab/bully mix weighing 54 lbs who is looking for a fresh start after a tough beginning. She previously lived tied outside, and since coming into our southern partner's care, she’s already shown how resilient, social, and full of life she is. Bella has a medium to high energy level and is a happy, affectionate dog who loves to play and be part of the action. She’s currently with multiple dogs and does well, though her play style is rough and enthusiastic, so she would do best with dogs who enjoy that kind of interaction. As with any new dog, slow and structured introductions will be important in a new home. She has also done well with a young child and has a sweet, people-oriented nature. Bella is still learning her leash skills and may show some reactivity in certain situations, such as when seeing other dogs on leash. With structure, consistency, and continued training, she has a lot of potential to improve and thrive. She would do best in an active home that can provide regular exercise, clear expectations, and guidance as she continues to learn. Bella is a fun, loving dog who just needs the right environment to continue growing and truly shine.
