Meet Brigette! She is a tiny princess with a darling little underbite that gives her the most endearing smile. She’s prancy, happy, and full of personality… the kind of dog who does a little dance when she’s excited and trots around like the world is her runway. Her tail is almost always wagging, and she just wants to be part of whatever you’re doing. She has a really lovely, easy temperament: affectionate without being clingy, playful, and not at all aggressive. She can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but she’s already making such sweet progress. Once she warms up, she melts and accepting pets, playing, and happily hanging out right alongside you (she even joined a full dinner table of guests like she’d always belonged there). You can actually watch her curiosity growing in real time out on walks, at the pet store, with new people. She wants to be brave, and it’s very beautiful to witness. Brigette does fine when left alone for a few hours—she settles, naps. She’s an active little dog who loves her walks and exploring the world (squirrels are a big deal). She’ll thrive with someone who enjoys getting out and about with their dog and understands that small dogs still need real exercise and mental stimulation—not just backyard time. ** She’s still working on house training and will need consistency and patience as she learns.
