About Tig
Meet Tig, also called Tig-A-Roo. She’s in the thick of a training program, working hard on house manners, walking politely on leash, and focusing on her person, especially on field trips. Her crate training has paid off—it’s a tool that will continue to give her comfort while traveling, resting, or just navigating the surprises of daily life. Tig stands out as a bright, fun, slightly goofy soul with a huge desire to please and a real love for play. There’s a sweet, wiggly energy about her, and she’s growing more confident as she gets out and explores California with her trainer. While she started out a bit timid, steady training is giving her confidence a real boost. With dogs, Tig’s history means she does best around well-mannered pups and prefers to avoid off-leash dog parks. She lives successfully with several other dogs under the watchful eye of her trainer, but she’s not keen on pushy types crowding her space. Structured introductions work best for her. But when it comes to people, Tig is pure affection—she loves to cuddle and genuinely enjoys connecting and bonding through training and fun activities. Tig needs that special person or family ready to keep up with her training, help her keep growing, and really make her a forever companion. Her adoption includes free private one-on-one sessions with her trainer and access to monthly group classes in Livermore, California. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
