About Brook
Brook is a 7-month-old Lab/Pitbull mix with a big personality and a knack for leadership in her little trio. She’s clever and curious, always looking for the next toy to toss or a new corner to investigate. Brook can turn any toy into an adventure, whether she’s shaking, chasing, or parading it around the living room. While she’s independent and sharp, Brook always circles back for cuddles, melting into anyone’s lap for attention and warmth. She’s picking up house and crate training quickly and loves being part of the action with other dogs. Brook would be happy as the only dog, but she’ll do well with high-energy companions too. She’s at that sweet spot where affection and play go hand in hand, and she’s ready to bring a lot of both to her new home. Fun fact: Brook is a Libra—she’s got that classic Libra charm and balance. What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Brook, as a Lab/Pitbull mix, usually thrives in homes with enough space to play and families who are active and engaged. She’d do well in a house with a yard, but regular outings and playtime matter more than sheer square footage.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Lab/Pitbull mixes like Brook benefit from regular outdoor time in a secure yard or frequent visits to parks. Even an apartment works if daily walks and play sessions are part of the routine.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Brook’s Lab and Pitbull background means she’s likely to be gentle, playful, and affectionate with kids, especially if she’s socialized from a young age. She does well in family settings where children understand dog boundaries.
