About Clover
Clover landed at the shelter on a freezing Friday night, left behind in the safety pen as a tiny pup. She settled in fast, bouncing back from her rough first night with the kind of resilience only puppies seem to have. She's friendly, confident, and loves snuggling up with her older foster dog brother. In her foster home, Clover is picking up potty training quickly and getting the hang of crate time. She has a sweet, fun energy, and her affection for both people and dogs is obvious. Clover has a striking black and brindle coat and looks to be a mix of Labrador Retriever and Hound, though her exact breed blend would take a DNA test to confirm. She was born at the end of January, which makes her an Aquarius—no surprise she’s independent and outgoing. Clover should grow up to be a medium-sized dog. She’s not quite house trained yet but is making progress. All her vaccinations are up-to-date, and while she hasn't been spayed yet, that's expected once she’s old enough. Clover gets along well with both children and other dogs, and she really thrives when she’s included in all the family action. If you’re ready for a puppy who will bring warmth, playfulness, and a truly loving spirit into your home, Clover is waiting in Murray, KY. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.

Questions about Clover
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Clover's Labrador Retriever/Hound mix background means she thrives in a home where she can be part of daily family life. A house with a yard is ideal, but she’ll adjust to apartment living if given enough exercise and time with her humans.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Clover will appreciate a securely fenced yard to explore, play, and run, typical for labs and hounds. Regular walks and play sessions are important even if a yard isn't available.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Labrador Retrievers and Hounds, like Clover, are generally wonderful with children. Their gentle and playful personalities make them suitable for families with kids.
