Zodi hasn’t had much stability lately. After years in a home marked by conflict, she didn’t get the exercise or attention she needed. As a result, Zodi is overweight and hasn’t been exposed to much beyond her immediate surroundings. She’ll need someone patient, with experience in her breed, ready to help her learn the ropes and develop stronger social skills. She does not get along with cats or children, and her reaction to other dogs is unknown since she’s been kept apart for so long. Zodi is housebroken and tends to be protective of her person—and of her food—so new boundaries will matter. She hasn’t been spayed or brought up to date on vaccinations yet, and her skin and ears need some care. She’s currently in Westminster, MD after being left with a family member who can no longer keep her, and is hoping someone will finally offer her the steady, loving home she deserves.
