Phoebe is quite the little socialite! She has a big personality in a tiny body. She is cute, rambunctious, sweet and will be under 10lbs. Phoebe has the shorter chihuahua body and looks like she is getting some of the longer hairs in and may just be wire haired, which would match her personality completely.
