Izzy is a gentle, loving and sweet grey-muzzled girl looking for a peaceful environment to call home. At 6 years old, she still loves going on walks and playing with her toys, but for the most part she just likes to hangout and sunbathe. She's such a polite girl, eager to please, and will approach you with the sweetest eyes asking for pets/affection. She can be shy with new people at first (more so men) and needs a slow approach. She warms up fairly quick and will soon be asking for pets. She has a ton of love to give a lucky adopter. Here's more info about Izzy: -6 years old, weighs 62 pounds -Does great in a crate & is fully potty-trained -Has lived with cats & did good. Mostly ignores them. -Walks nicely on-leash. Lower to moderate energy level; happy with a walk & playtime -Loves being by her people. Very sweet & easygoing. Can be nervous of strangers & needs a slow introduction -She has not enjoyed the company of other dogs; would prefer to be your one & only dog -Would like a quieter home with structure & routine; loud noises can make her anxious. -Suggested for children in their teens & up due to her nervousness at times & anxiety with loud noises -Spayed, vaccinated & microchipped Please note dog visits are by appointment to ensure staff and space availability so we can make the best match possible.
