Adorable Flora is ready to find her forever home! Flora came to us as a stray with her sister, Fauna. We’re not sure of her breed, but she’s definitely a big pup - already almost 70 lbs! Despite her size, she's very gentle. While we're working on her jumping up to greet people, she's always gentle about it. Flora loves people and wants to hug and give face kisses to anyone she meets. Once she settles down, she'll happily sit by your feet for pets and attention. She's a lovebug who's eager to please! She's been in a foster home for a few weeks and has been slowly but surely learning house manners. Potty-training is still new to her but she's made great progress! Her foster mom said that as soon as she figured out their doggie door, she never had another accident in the house. Flora's also improving on her walking skills and already knows "sit"! Flora has done well with other dogs and has been getting along with several dogs in her foster home. We believe a home with an adult dog to show her the ropes would be a great fit for Flora. Appointments may be scheduled with an approved application as well, otherwise we may not be able to accommodate same day adoptions. - Approved applications are required prior to meeting any of our dogs. **Kittens are required to be adopted in pairs, unless there already is a cat in the home. If the cat in the home is 10 years or older, this two-kitten policy will apply.
