Meet Kat! Kat is a very handsome, large boy (about 15 pounds), with a real calm and easygoing personality once he settles into his new surroundings. He may take a little time at first to adjust to a new home, but once he feels comfortable, Kat is a relaxed and steady companion who enjoys a peaceful environment. Kat is selective with other cats and is not much of a fan of dogs, so he would do best in a quieter home without canine companions and with careful introductions to any other cats. He has been an indoor cat and is also a really great mouser, making him both a loving companion and a helpful presence around the home. He'll give you love, all while making sure your home stays pest free! With his incredibly gentle nature and adorable independent streak, Kat would be a wonderful match for someone looking for a laid-back cat who just needs a little time to feel at home.....with an occasional mouse hunt to look forward to.
