Meet Stark. Stark is a 3-month-old male from our Marvel Litter, a group of puppies rescued after being dumped near a rural creek. Despite facing parvo early in life, Stark and his siblings are survivors and are now thriving in foster care. Stark has been DNA tested through Embark, giving us a great look into his breed mix. His results show he is 50% Airedale Terrier and 38% Labrador Retriever, with a supermutt blend that includes Mountain Cur, German Shepherd, and Rat Terrier. He’s playful, social, and loves interacting with people and other dogs. Like many puppies his age, he’s still learning the ropes but is off to a great start in foster care. Based on his breed mix and current size, we expect Stark to grow into a medium-sized dog. He has the playful, water-loving tendencies of a Lab paired with the slightly more petite and scruffy build of an Airedale.
