Spiral Shakerly, also known as Dottie for her abundance of polka dots, is about 3.5 years old and has come a long way from an isolated, outdoor life. Now, she’s eager to learn and thrives in a family environment. She warms up after a few days, and her happiness is infectious once she feels comfortable. Spiral loves playtime, but plays a bit rough for very small dogs, so a canine companion over 25 pounds suits her best. She’s picked up on training quickly—sometimes too literally—getting so close during obedience exercises that walking together took some adjustment. She adores having her brain engaged and does best in a relaxed, adult home with people who enjoy partnering in training. Spiral’s not comfortable around small children due to their unpredictable movements, but she really enjoys active adult company. She’s fully vaccinated, microchipped, and house trained.
