About Bramwell Rush
Bramwell Rush, affectionately called Rusty, is a small, eight-year-old Yorkie who is happiest when he can build a close bond with a single woman. Through different foster and adoptive attempts, Rusty has shown he isn’t comfortable in households with men or children long-term. He starts out cordial but over time, his discomfort grows unless it’s just him and his favorite lady. Because of this, Rusty needs a quiet, all-female adult home where he’ll truly settle in and feel secure for good. Rusty loves car rides, playtime, and curling up with his person at the end of the day. He gets along with other dogs but does not do well with cats or children, so an adopter without young kids or cats is important. Rusty is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. His adoption fee is any donation you’re comfortable making, which helps support his past medical needs. He’s looking for someone ready to offer a calm, understanding home and lifelong companionship. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
