Meet Carmella: Carmella is a 4 month old (as of March 2026) hound mix (best guess) that weighs 21 pounds. Carmella was found with her sister and mom on the side of a busy highway by one of our rescuers. She turned around and pulled over to go try to get them and the little family happily followed her to her car and jumped right in. Carmella is being fostered in the south and would love to catch the next freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families! Carmella is very friendly, sweet and playful. Carmella loves toys and to play with them. Carmella is good with children, all people she has met and other dogs. Carmella is such a sweet dog - she loves affection and to give kisses. As a puppy, Carmella will need some patience while she works on her house training. Carmella is already crate trained. We would love for Carmella to have a home with a fenced in yard for her to run and play freely. Carmella is up to date on her puppy shots and already spayed.
