WHERE are my underbite-loving, chihuahua-obsessed people?! Because we are LOSING IT over this guy 😭🐾🔥 Straight out of Palmdale, this tiny king is one of our “LA County Four”. The underbite? ICONIC. He’s cute, he’s hilarious, he’s got that big energy in a tiny body—and honestly, we’re all a little obsessed.
