Searching for her forever couch! Little Mouse may not be an Aussie but she’s just as cute! She’s a 10-year-old, 9# Havanese who dropped onto our radar when her mom found out she was having surgery with lengthy rehabilitation that would hamper her ability to care for Mouse any longer. We were happy to step in to assist in finding a perfect home for this sweet girl. Mouse still has loads of energy to “hand” wrestle and loves to go to war with squeaky toys, but she is equally content napping on the couch or at the foot of the bed. She gets along well with dogs her own size or slightly bigger but has a fear of large dogs. She was attacked several years ago and nearly died as a result. She does like to play with other gentle dogs, but would not love a feisty, obnoxious canine sibling. She has been around kids, but smaller children would likely be too much for her. She prefers a quiet life, where she’s not alone much. She likes to go for rides in the car and for walks on leash. She will require regular grooming so having an existing relationship with a groomer is a plus. She is spayed, has had a dentistry a year or so ago, and is current on vaccines.
