About Panda Bear
Panda is a gentle, sweet-natured puppy who is just beginning to come out of her shell. She can be a little shy when meeting new people or in new environments, but with a little patience and reassurance, her playful and affectionate personality really starts to shine. In her foster home, she’s been gaining confidence every day and has especially enjoyed having another dog around to show her the ropes. She loves to play, learn boundaries, and then settle in nearby once she feels comfortable—it’s been so special to watch her grow. Panda would do best in a home with another friendly, well-balanced dog who can continue to help build her confidence and provide companionship. She’s off to a great start with training— Panda has been doing really well with going potty outside consistently and is learning that her crate is a safe, positive space (she especially enjoys having her meals in there!). She’s also been respectful in a home with cats—she’s shown little interest in them and tends to be more cautious than curious, which is a great sign for multi-pet households. Like any puppy, she enjoys playing with toys, exploring, and cuddling up once she feels safe. She has a soft, loving presence and is a joy to have around. She would thrive in a home that: is ready for a bigger dog as she grows can provide consistent structure and routine is committed to training and continued socialization can offer both physical activity and mental enrichment Hayley Gibson Wed, Mar 25, 11:03 AM (22 hours ago) to me I wrote a little bio for Panda if you’d like to use any of it :). I just love her and want her to find the best life she can, even if that’s not with us! Panda is a gentle, sweet-natured puppy who is just beginning to come out of her shell. She will make a deeply loyal companion for someone ready to invest in her growth and give her the environment she needs to truly thrive. Panda was born in November 2025. She is micro-chipped, will have had her final set of vaccine series by the first week in April, and has been wormed. She is in a foster home near Portland, OR but we have volunteers who can help drive her to your home in the Pacific NW!
