About Piper Peppy
This dog is currently out of state but will be transported to New England shortly with no additional travel costs. The long distance adoption process includes talking to the foster they are living with in the south. Roughly 90% of our dogs are successfully long distance adopted and 10% adopted locally. **Please read Piper Peppy's entire profile, which includes a link to the adoption application at the end. Thank you!** Put some pep in your step when you meet Piper Peppy, a 6-month-old Black Lab mix, weighing 35 pounds (as of 3/26/26)! This sweet girl was found starving on the side of a road in Tennessee before she was brought in. Now that she's on her way to finding her fur-ever family, her peppiness will shine through! When you think of pep, think of Piper! She's basically a cheerleader: very friendly, happy and loves people, strangers, dogs and kids. Yes, she'll even be friends the neighborhood kids who like to egg your house. Maybe with her help, they'll finally stop! No matter what people are going through, everyone will be instantly peppier once they meet Piper! She has an infectious energy and sweet soul that's bound to make you the most popular owner on your block! She is currently living with other pups and has done well. We're not sure about cats, but with her charm and good looks, she hopes they'll be fans! Get ready to use Piper's pretty privilege to get away with anything and everything! Except murder. Don't do that. While she's still getting the hang of crates and potty training, Piper knows how to use a dog door and has behaved pretty well on a leash. She is just a wonderful girl who's ready to get a new home and live the sweet life! Medical Disclosure: Piper has been treated with 30 days of doxycycline for Lyme disease and has done well! Go Piper! Nothing will bring this girl down! If Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers, then picking pretty Piper Peppy is the perfect pup for you! All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. All dogs require professional training to become the best family member they can be.
