About Star Radiant Needs
Star Radiant is a Black Lab mix who spent far too long looking for her family. She got her start as a stray in Mississippi with her siblings—the 'Radiant' litter—and after two years in rescue is finally about to make her way up to New England. At just over three years old, she tips the scale at about 45–50 pounds and stands on the shorter side for a Labrador. Her coat is short and a sleek dark black. According to her foster, Star is full of personality and has go-getter energy along with a love of adventure. She's a natural for outdoor activities like hiking, yet she’s just as likely to seek out cuddles when the day winds down. She lives comfortably with other dogs in foster care and handles meeting cats well, which is good news if you have a multi-pet household. She’d be a solid addition to a family with kids, too. Housebreaking and manners are still a work in progress, so anyone considering Star should be ready for a bit of patience and a commitment to training. She’s spayed and current on vaccinations. Adoption does not require a visit to a shelter—instead, she’ll travel directly to New England, travel cost included. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
