Meet Jack Brackett, a 4-year-old Husky / Black Lab mix, weighing 70 pounds (as of 5/16/26). He was originally a stray in Tennessee before getting adopted in New England. Because of changing health circumstances, his owners are seeking a wonderful new home where he can continue to thrive. Jack will always love his previous family and hopes it won't be long before he finds his next fur-ever home! Jack is a lovely boy with a whole lot of spirit! He loves kids, playing with other dogs and getting into all sorts of adventures! He'd thrive in an active home (bonus points if you're secret agents) 'cause this boy is big and strong and can jump over 4ft mesh fences! He's sure to be the best sidekick on your next secret mission. When he's not being playful outdoors, Jack loves to go on car rides and watch TV with his humans. While his energy is infectious, he might a little too spirited around shyer dogs. A home with other Huskies or one with experience with Huskies would be great for him. Jack also has experience with cats from when he was first in rescue. He leashes well (with a harness to prevent from pulling) and is housebroken. His previously family didn't crate him. Jack also knows commands (sit, come, stop it) but will probably only do them once he feels like it. He's not above bribery, though, so get those treats ready! He loves everyone he meets but is a little jumpy - he's just so excited! Bring this supercalifragilisticexpialidocious bundle of fun to your home today! All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. All dogs require professional training to become the best family member they can be. The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application.
