About Chalupa
Chalupa is a spirited young cat who’s already had quite an adventure. At just five weeks old, she was rescued from a car engine—no easy start, but, determined as ever, she pulled through and grew stronger with her foster family. Chalupa is playful and active, with a personality much larger than her size. She has a curious streak, loves chasing computer pointers, and often chimes in with the birds outside. Her foster home includes another cat, Mickey (Beans), with whom she’d happily be adopted—or she’d do well with any gentle feline friend after a proper intro. Chalupa also greets the resident dog with friendly head bumps, and she’s unphased by wheelchairs, having spent time with a foster dad who uses one. Her favorite pastime, though, is soaking up affection—snuggling into laps and offering her little forehead for kisses. Chalupa is both fearless and laid-back, comfortable being held and groomed, and she’s fully litter box trained. Now healthy and ready for her forever home, Chalupa is proof that persistence and a little help can give you a second chance. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
