Peter
AvailablePeter is a young, medium-sized male Domestic Short Hair cat with a soft short orange and white coat. He’s only about a year and a month old and lives in Midway City, CA. Peter is neutered, house trained, and up to date on his vaccinations.
About Peter
Peter came into the world during a rough patch for his mother, but luck found his family just in time. He and his three sisters were born safe and sound at the shelter right before Easter, each kitten quickly catching the staff’s attention. Peter is the only boy—a lively, orange and white tabby with piercing blue eyes, a pink nose, and strikingly long white whiskers. He loves to tumble about with his sisters, the whole group turning playtime into a spectacle that’s impossible not to smile at. Curiosity and smarts come naturally to Peter. He’s quick to explore, always up for a new game, and doesn’t mind the extra attention he draws with his distinctive look. Prospective adopters will need to fill out an application (with a vet reference and a home visit). Families should know that children should be 10 or older, though the rescue does consider exceptions. Once your application is approved, you’ll set up a shelter visit to meet Peter—and maybe see one of his siblings tag along to a new home, too. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
