Meet Taco! Taco is an 8–10 month old Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua mix weighing in at just 15 pounds—and we think he’s about full grown! This little guy may be small, but his heart (and love for his people) is huge. He is right here in NH ready to be yours! Taco is the definition of a velcro dog. He absolutely adores attention and affection and would happily spend 24/7 by your side if he could. Some might call him a little “needy,” but we think “devoted” and “loyal” fit him much better. If you’re looking for a constant companion who will shower you with love, Taco is your guy. While we don’t know much about his past, one thing is certain—he is a total sweetheart. He hasn’t shown a mean bone in his body and approaches life with a gentle, loving spirit. Like any young pup, Taco is still learning the ropes and will thrive in a home that can provide structure, patience, and consistency. At night, Taco sleeps soundly (especially if he can snuggle up in bed with you—his favorite place!). He’s not a big fan of the crate but will settle in a playpen when needed. Taco is doing well with his house training and will go potty outside when kept on a consistent schedule. He’s still a puppy, so continued guidance will help him succeed. He’s also working on leash training and improving every day! One of Taco’s favorite things? Other dogs! He loves canine companions of all sizes and has been respectful and friendly in his foster home. He would do great with a dog sibling or as a social pup with regular doggy friends.He’s very food motivated and eager to learn, which will make training a fun and rewarding experience for both him and his future family. Taco is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and will come with a health certificate. He was born with a small eye on one side, but this does not affect him. As long as it is kept clean, he’s a happy boy!
