About Jack
Lets make it official, apply to adopt! Meet Jack, a playful young Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher mix who proudly channels his inner little Greyhound! He’s around 1–2 years old and bursting with energy. Jack’s number-one passion is running, whether it’s in the yard or through the house—you’ll find him zipping everywhere at full speed. Jack is nearly fully house trained, with only an occasional accident indoors, usually when his humans aren’t watching closely enough. He’s also a bit mouthy, especially when it comes to hands and fingers, but he’s making great progress with gentle guidance—except when the vet’s around! Jack sleeps well in a crate (after a quick protest), but if you welcome him into your bed, he’ll snooze soundly all night without budging. He’s looking for an adopter who enjoys an active lifestyle and has a secure, fenced yard, ideally five feet or higher—his jumping skills will impress you! If you want a hiking or jogging buddy, Jack is ready for the challenge. He’s friendly with cats and other dogs and will happily chase or play with a canine companion. Children are no problem, though be prepared for the occasional jump in excitement. If you’re seeking a lively, loving, and affectionate addition to your home, Jack is an excellent kisser and can’t wait to meet you. He’s currently being fostered in Greenville, SC, with transport to New England available for an additional fee. Jack is patiently waiting for his forever family—could that be yours? Make their next chapter their best one yet.
