Katie was found on the streets of South Texas crossing a busy road - she was in horrible condition: malnourished, mangy, and covered in fleas and ticks (scroll for before photo). A good Samaritan grabbed her and she has been the sweetest girl from day 1 - her rescuer says that it truly seems like Katie is thankful and appreciate of being rescued. Since her full recovery, Katie is motto is to have the best time and being a friend to everyone she meets! She loves playing with all of her best dog friends (which is pretty much any dog she meets), SWIMMING, and playing toss with her favorite toys (she fetches like a champ!). Katie loves her daily walks / jobs and is a naturally very eager to please and a fast learner. She absolutely loves to make new friends and is a social butterfly with people and dogs alike!
