Meet Fern 🌿 If you’re looking for a gentle soul with a soft heart (and an even softer coat), Fern just might be your girl. This sweet 2 year old is believed to be a Dachshund/Heeler mix. She came to us with her sister Ivy, and the two are a true package deal. Wherever Ivy goes, Fern is right there beside her… and that’s exactly how they like it 💕 Fern is the quieter half of this adorable duo. She can be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, her calm and loving personality shines through. She’s the kind of dog who will happily curl up in your lap, soaking in all the snuggles while keeping a watchful eye on her sister. She’s crate trained (with Ivy, of course!) and is making great progress on house training. Fern enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s lounging in the sunshine or exploring the yard at her own pace. Fern is dog friendly and was reported to have lived peacefully with cats in her previous home. Fern has a gentle, easygoing nature that makes her an absolute joy to be around. She may let Ivy take the lead, but she’s right there offering quiet companionship, unconditional love, and the sweetest little presence. Fern and Ivy are looking for a home that will welcome them both, because life is just better together 🐾 Fern is spayed, up to date on vaccines and prevention, and microchipped.
