About Rosa
Rosa is looking for a foster or forever family who can give her the peaceful environment she needs. She’s a nearly 2-year-old, 60 lb Great Pyrenees mix who landed here after being rescued from a crowded California shelter. Rosa’s calm, gentle presence shines through, though she sometimes likes doing her own thing. She walks well on leash, loves to trot alongside her people, and her strikingly fluffy white and silver coat turns heads wherever she goes. She’s still working through some leash reactivity, likely brought on by the stress of kennel life. Rosa will need slow, considered introductions to other dogs, a chance to decompress, and a steady routine to feel secure. She’s best suited to a home with a yard, a calm lifestyle, and no cats. Kids 12 and up are likely fine for her, as long as they respect her space. Patience and a gentle approach will be important as she settles in. Rosa is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She’s ready for a fresh start and a loyal bond with someone who appreciates her quiet, sensitive nature. Click apply to start the adoption process.
