NOTE: Please read our entire write-up before contacting us. If you don't know the age, breed, weight, what vet care we provide our dogs, the adoption fee, or how to apply, you have not read the write-up. Shamus Breed: Chihuahua DOB: 1-4-2012 Gender: Male, neutered Weight: 6 pounds Microchipped Adoption Fee: $250 Shamus came to us from an area shelter. He was a bit depressed and likely in a bit of pain when we got him. He had a dental and we saw some of the worst teeth we've seen in quite a while! We are grateful we could provide this much needed care! Shamus is a little social butterfly! While he still tires easily, he LOVES attention and cuddles! He is also content snuggled in his bed by the fire! He rarely barks and when he does, it is likely because you neglected providing him proper attention! Shamus is up for short walks and enjoys little adventures. He is still building his strength up. We suspect he may have come from a home where he did not get out much for walks. As his strength continues to improve, his walks can get longer. He can now also get up steps by himself! This little guy would love to be your heart and soul! He would love to be doted on and treasured! He's a sweet old boy and deserves only the best for the rest of his life!
