Sunny is a 2-month-old puppy who made the long journey from Puerto Rico in search of a loving forever home. Weighing just 7 pounds, this little ray of sunshine may be a sweet Lab mix (though his breed is just our best guess!). What we do know for sure is that Sunny is absolutely adorable and full of puppy charm. Sunny is a friendly, happy pup who loves meeting new people and soaking up attention. With his curious personality and playful spirit, he's always ready to explore the world, chase a toy, or snuggle up after a fun day of puppy adventures. His gentle nature and lovable face make it easy to see why everyone falls for him. Like any young puppy, Sunny is just beginning to learn about the world and will thrive with a family ready to guide him with patience, love, and positive training. Because he is still so young, his adopter must be home during the day to continue his training and socialization and help him grow into a confident, well-adjusted dog. The Adoption Fee for this puppy $400.00 plus a $100.00 spay/neuter refundable deposit. ***Please note, this pup's immune system will not be fully functioning until about 16 weeks of age and therefore, s/he is not suited for Apartment/Condo living or Town homes without a private fenced yard and will not be able to go to public places where s/he could possibly be exposed to the germs of unvaccinated dogs, such as PetSmart/PetCo and dog parks until s/he is 16 weeks old*** ***You must be at least 25 years of age to adopt from CKRescue*** The adoption fee for this dog is $400, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. This fee DOES NOT INCLUDE spay/neuter if the pup is not already spayed/neutered. If the animal you are adopting is not already spayed/neutered, you will be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered. A $100.00 fee will be returned to the adopter once the animal has been sterilized. We will provide information on this process during the approval process. ***Note that puppy adoption fees most often help generate revenue that goes towards older, special needs animals that need our help. Surgeries, heartworm treatment, boarding costs and/or all things that often result in adoptable dogs and cats being left behind to be euthanized.
