‘WINTER OLYMPICS’ THEMED PUPPY: Approx. 2 months old / Approx. 7 lbs. & growing Hi there! I’m one of the adorable Winter Olympics themed puppies who came to Mostly Mutts along with my mom and siblings when I was about 3 weeks old, thanks to a kind person who helped all of us get here safely. I’ve been growing and thriving in a wonderful foster home, and now I’m excited because it’s time for me to find a loving family of my own - one where I can enjoy lots of fun and love furever! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I love my siblings and have been good with the other dogs in my foster home, so if you have a nice doggie that would like a puppy friend, let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I’ve met some kids while in my foster home and liked them! Since I’m still in the mouthy stage of puppyhood, it’s helpful to have plenty of toys to trade so I can chew on those instead of nibbling on fingers. If you have kids, let’s meet and best no toddlers that may fall on me. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m a cute little pup with a personality that’s shining through. I’m pretty independent and a bit vocal, so I’d probably do best in a home rather than an apartment or condo. I like to play hard and then crash hard for a good puppy nap and a tad of affection here and there. Loud noises don’t seem to bother me - the recent thunderstorms didn’t faze me at all, and even the loud blender for the morning smoothie doesn’t interrupt my day. I do pretty well with my baths with a good bit of Hound dog talking during the process. I’m a confident, fun little puppy who’s ready to keep learning and growing with my new family. / Energy level: 5-7 currently, of course this could change as I grow. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I’m looking for a family that will teach me everything I need to know to grow up and become a wonderful adult dog – including starting to train me not to chew on you and the kids so we’ll all be happy - so get ready for some training with your new best friend. I’m learning to be on a leash in my foster’s yard for potty breaks – it’s very new and not my favorite thing yet, but I’ll learn. Mostly Mutts offers free lifetime training classes for all their adopted dogs, so let’s do some training together. / I sleep through the night in a puppy pen with one of my siblings – of course there will likely be an adjustment in this area once I’m adopted. / My potty training is coming along. I’m just a baby, but when I’m taken out regularly, I do both #1 and #2 outside. Of course, I’m at the beginning of this training, so I do have accidents inside. Sometimes I’ll hit the potty pad and sometime not. So just know that I’m on my way, but I will need my new family to help teach me my potty manners. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love my toys and have so much fun playing chase with the sibling I’m fostered with. Playing hard and then settling in for a good nap are two of my favorite things. As I grow, I’m sure we’ll discover lots of other fun things we’ll enjoy doing together! / I’m not a big fan of being held when someone is standing, but I’ll sit on your lap if you’re sitting on the floor. Since I’m still so young, I’m just starting to figure out the world, so I can’t think of any other dislikes yet, but I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL: I've started my puppy shots, but you will have to finish these for me as I grow.
