Meet Taco, an adorable 8-month-old Chiweenie mix weighing about 10 pounds. He’s basically full grown and may gain just a pound or two as he finishes maturing. Taco is a sweet, gentle little guy who may be a bit shy when first meeting new people, but give him a little time and he becomes the ultimate Velcro dog. Once he feels safe, he loves nothing more than being close to his people and soaking up affection. He truly bonds deeply with his humans and will make an incredibly loyal companion. Taco was born with a small eye due to a birth defect, but it doesn’t slow him down or affect his sweet personality at all. It just adds to his unique charm! He does great with other dogs, both big and small, and has even done well with cats. Taco is doing really well learning to go potty outside with a structured routine. He’s also working on crate training, although he prefers relaxing in a playpen when home alone. Taco is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and will have a health certificate prior to adoption. This sweet little boy is ready to find a loving furever family who will give him the patience, love, and snuggles he deserves.
