At almost 10 years old, Sage is a loyal and affectionate companion who truly loves being close to his people. Whether he's relaxing beside you on the couch or soaking up attention, he's happiest when he feels safe, loved, and included in daily life. Sage has a gentle, devoted nature and forms strong bonds with his humans. He may seem a little vocal when someone first approaches the house, but once he warms up, his sweet personality shines through. He enjoys being outdoors and appreciates a calm environment where he can relax and spend time with his favorite people. Like many senior dogs, Sage has some arthritis in his hips, so a home without stairs or with limited stairs would be best for him. He's otherwise healthy and up to date on his veterinary care.
