About Bluey
Bluey is looking for a new home through a private rehoming arrangement—Happy Tails Happy Homes is helping his current owner find a match, but he isn’t at the shelter. At around 11 months old, this Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler and German Shepherd mix has plenty of energy and a real love for play. He’ll chase after anything tossed his way—balls, sticks, whatever you can throw. When he’s not sprinting around, Bluey soaks up attention, happy to lie at your feet or roll over for a belly rub. He’s done well around people and kids, though he hasn’t spent much time with other animals, so his social skills with pets are a bit of a question mark. So far, Bluey appears very healthy, with no known health or behavior concerns, but his prior medical records are still being tracked down. Bluey would thrive in a home able to give him daily activity, consistency, and a solid dose of affection. Born November 6, Bluey is a Scorpio—bold, loyal, and occasionally a bit stubborn, just like his sign. Your new best friend is just one click away.
