*Fezco will be ready for adoption on Saturday, March 21.* Meet Fezco! This adorable little pug is everything people love about the breed in one tiny, wiggly body. Fezco is cheerful, social, and incredibly affectionate, with a soft spot for people. Sit down and you’ll likely gain a lap buddy. Walk through the room and you’ll probably get a few kisses. Make eye contact… and you’re officially their new favorite person. Like most pug puppies, Fezco is curious and playful but also perfectly happy to wind down for some snuggles after a day of exploring. He loves being near their humans and enjoys being part of whatever the day holds—whether that’s relaxing on the couch, shadowing you around the house, or hopping in the car for an adventure. With such a friendly, easygoing personality, Fezco could settle nicely into many different types of homes, including families, singles, or homes with other pets. If you’re searching for a small companion with a huge heart and a talent for spreading smiles (and kisses), Fezco could be the perfect addition to your home. *A quick note about the breed: Pugs are a brachycephalic (short-nosed) breed, which means they can require some breed-specific care as they age. This may include routine dental care, monitoring for breathing sensitivity in heat or strenuous exercise, and regular vet checkups to keep them feeling their best.* Fezco is a 2-month-old mixed breed who was rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $1800 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, and neuter. Fezco is also tested with other dogs, cats, and children. He is working on potty and kennel training in foster care. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if he might be a good fit for your home. The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals. We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!) Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed. Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).
