She may be a little timid when meeting someone new, but it doesn’t take long at all for her warm personality to shine through. Once she settles in, Ponyo reveals just how affectionate she is. She absolutely loves being held and will happily curl up in your lap for cozy cuddle sessions. Chin scratches and gentle head pets are among her favorite things, and while she isn’t the type to constantly demand attention, she will gladly accept love any time it’s offered. This quiet little companion also has a few charming hobbies. Ponyo enjoys watching TV—especially when birds or fish are on the screen—and she’s always happy to join in for a round of laser pointer play. When playtime winds down, her “purr machine” switches on and she’s ready to relax right beside you. Ponyo has a very easygoing nature around other cats and tends to be submissive, making it clear she’s no troublemaker and just wants everyone to get along.
