Cyclops is a 2-year-old, 17-pound male pug mix from Tijuana! Cy is a sweet, cuddly, friendly pup. He has adjusted very well during his time in New York. He loves going on walks but more than anything he wants to snuggle as close as he can or go sploot on the rug and chew on a bone. He is doing well understanding "wait", "leave it", "come", and "out" (he's not wild about that one but he's understanding what it means and that it's important to follow commands), and he is working on other obedience training. During his time with his foster mom, he seems to be house trained. He will generally use a pad or a bark potty but prefers outside. Cyclops is learning to walk on a leash. He's very interested in everything and wants to explore the world but is learning to listen to his foster mom. He will pull on the leash but is slowly improving. His forever family will need to continue working with Cy to reinforce and advance the progress he's been making. Cyclops is not wild about being crated or being separated from his foster family but he seems to do ok when he's with his foster dog sister. He is a cuddle bug who much prefers to be with his pack. He loves to be cozy with he foster family and can often be found snuggled right up next to you or with his favorite bone. Cyclops is looking for an active family who's also looking for their snuggle buddy. He appreciates downtime and active moments and he would do best with another dog or someone who is home a lot. Cyclops does not have a lot of experience with children but he is a very sweet and friendly little guy who is very gentle. Vaccinated for Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. Neutered and microchipped.
