About Marlie D Arriving

Marlie is a pretty little lady that checks like every box a potential adopter could be looking for. This happy girl was born in 2020 (so a covid puppy) that found herself in a Texas shelter recently, and is looking for her new family. She is a great mix of calm and playful. She's affectionate, loyal, and happiest when she's close to her people, but is able to spend time on her own as well. Marlie is friendly with everyone she meets and does well with kids, other dogs, and cats too! (Even with the heeler, so she's a unicorn pup!) She's eager to please, has some basic training, and is known for her quiet, easygoing personality. She also rides nicely in the car, making her a great buddy for errands or adventures. Marlie is young enough to enjoy playtime and loves toys, however she is able to calm down and hang out with the family too. She's "fun-size," making her a great fit for many homes. Marlie is potty trained as long as she's taken outside regularly. She hasn't always had the consistency she deserves, so keeping a steady routine will help her continue to succeed. Her pretty coat would also benefit from regular grooming to keep her looking and feeling her best. If you're looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who will reward you with loyalty and love, Marlie might be your perfect match. Marlie is from Texas. They arrive in Minnesota on 3/21/2026 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 9am and noon.
