I need a new home because my owner passed away. I am being fostered in Lampe, MO. I love spending time with people and other dogs. I am currently in a foster that has 3 other dogs and we have so much fun playing together. I might be small, but as a Boston, I am not intimidated easily. I love all the humans and other dogs I have been around. I love riding in the car and going places. I don’t know why, but people love talking to me and can’t resist to pet me… which I honestly adore! My princess lessons sure have paid off! I am very polite and well mannered. I get along with other dogs, but I am scared of the 2 cats at my foster. I don’t mind being in the same room as those 2 weird looking furballs, but they make me nervous. I just know they are plotting something… I don't always (but usually) make it outside to potty. Once I get settled in my fur-ever home with a routine and my own space, I should do much better.  Once I get to know you, don’t be scared when you come home. Some people say I sound like an ‘old lady screaming’ when I get really excited. I rarely bark, but I will let you know when someone is knocking on the door... I am good on a leash when visiting the pet store, but let’s be honest, I am tiny and you’ll want to carry me. My dream home would be just to have someone spoil me and give me love and company. I am a very polite princess that wants affection. I love people and, so far, other animals (but I think the goats and chickens are in cahoots with the cats). I think I would prefer to have someone I can be around all day for lots of snuggles or a home with other fur babies for company. Here's a little more about me: Housetrained? All our dogs are spayed/neutered (if six months and older), up to date on rabies and distemper, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Other medical needs diagnosed while in foster care are also treated prior to adoption. MABTR requires a fenced in area from families who own their home, however we DO adopt to apartment complexes and communities where fences are not permitted due to leases and covenants. In these cases a leash law must be enforced. We do not accept invisible fencing. MABTR only adopts to families residing in NE, CO, MO, KS, IA, WY, SD, ND, ID, UT, MT, MN, and NW AR due to the lack of volunteer support in other states, no exception even if you are willing to drive.
